You probably need to ask this on an Adobe forum. However, Adobe Captivate is an elearning authoring tool, Adobe Captivate 9 is the version of Captivate launched in 2015 there have been 2 other versions released since then (2017 and 2019).
Adobe Captivate Prime is a Learning Management System and is not an authoring tool.
And, just for balance Articulate Storyline 360 is an elearning authoring tool that is more user friendly and easier to use than captivate :-)
