Analysing eLearning Results

Jan 25, 2017

Hi All, this may be out of the remit of this discussion board so apologies in advance if it is! I am looking for some advice on how to go about analysing the results of an eLearning package which I have just released to a group of call center agents. This is the first one I have completed, and my task now is to look and see what coaching or training requirements are required off the back of the eLearning.

I have looked online and can't find any methods for analysing the results, or any concrete information on what the best way to go about doing this is! The information I have is basically a list of who has passed and with what score, how many attempts they made at the assessment and how long they spent in each module of the package.

To note, the eLearning is not compatible with our companies LMS, so I'm not able to get the system to do it for me.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi Sophie,

That is generally done in the LMS, so there aren't a lot of functions to do that in Storyline. The bigger question is, why isn't it compatible with your LMS? Storyline supports several formats for reporting to the LMS. I would think that at least one of them would work. Have you had a discussion with your LMS administrator to see what the requirements are?
