Animated Hands Effect

I used the animated hands effect on one of my slides. The images are off the slide and should only appear when the animation is triggered. When I preview the slide everything looks good. I published it to my LMS and when you view it you can see the images that have not been animated at the bottom and top of the outside of the player (see attached image). I went into my PowerPoint slide and moved the images really far from the main slide, but that didn't help. Does anyone know how to prevent this?

Hi Brandy - it looks like you are using a custom player; does the same issue occur if you publish with a standard player (such as Corporate Communications)?A short-term fix might be to draw plain white boxes to conceal the areas off of the slide stage that are being revealed, and see if that gives you the behavior you want.
