I like designing templates myself for corporate use. I want to fully launch a site that provides template resources for instructional designers who may not have the design eye to build clean courses. I know eLearning brothers is a great resource, but I think there can be room for more.
I would love to have contributors/partners if anyone is interested.
I wholeheartedly adopt as a mantra: The more the merrier!
There are great resources available, but there are always opportunities to provide more to the community, and at multiple levels. Shoot me a message when you get time.
I posted in the other discussion but I'll share what I'm looking for here.
We do a lot of scenario based training and I'd like more engaging templates to support our courses. Scenarios, discussions, and character-based templates are what we really need.

Hi Jay! You might want to connect with Rich Cordrey. He's also looking to create some templates to share in the community: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/building-better-courses/in-the-spirit-of-giving-back-what-s-your-elearning-template-wishlist-for-2015

And thanks for the plug, David!
Thanks Dave! I just might do that.
@Rich: will be contacting you soon! Thanks for responding.
@Jay - one thing you can do is create some templates around the e-learning challenges: https://community.articulate.com/hubs/e-learning-challenges
Not only will that guide your development, we'll include your demos in our recaps which will help you w/ exposure. Here's an example: https://community.articulate.com/articles/course-designers-pantones-color-of-the-year
Good luck. Please feel free to contact me any time w/ questions or feedback.

@Paula: Thanks for your input! I agree, it would be helpful if those types resources are more readily available.
