Articulate 360 trial

I have recently downloaded the Trial for 360, yet how ever when i put username and password into the desktop app it just stays on that screen and i can click submit over and over again and all i get is a blink then the login screen again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, i have run it as admin. Is this a common issue?
