Articulate and McStrategies

Good Day,

I have just started using McStrategies (a.k.a, Elsevier or Mosby) LMS to place modules for our staff.  However, when I attempt to access the module on the LMS, only parts of the module appear.  On the first slide nothing appears, on the second slide I have the slide background but not the wording, etc.  Some of the Engage interactions work, but not the Quizmaker interactions.  I have attempted to publish this for the web and for an LMS with no changes. 

Has anyone else encountered this problem?  Does anyone have a fix, or can tell me what I am doing incorrectly?  I have talked to McStrategies and they say because some of it works it must be Articulate's problem and not the LMS.  Please advise.
