Articulate Mobile Player
Apr 19, 2013
Hi Guys,
I require some assistance with the following please:
I have some e-learning content (slides, & associated voice) on my laptop that is "mobile enabled" using the Articulate Mobile Player app, however, I cannot find any instructions to get the content to download onto my iPad in an offline mode so that I can get the Articulate Player to see the content and then play the material.
i.e. can't get the content into the Articulate mobile player library.
PS. The e-learning content consists of PNG, Shockwave flash objects, MP3 files.
Please could someone assist.
Cheers, Paul

Hi Paul,
When publishing your content, did you make sure to check the option to enable your project to be downloaded to your iPad in offline mode?
Hi there,
I have unfortunately not got as far as publishing the content, so the offline mode option has not been offered as an option yet...
Paul, this Tutorial should explain pretty much everything.
If it's still not clear - come back and ask again

Hi Bruce, many thanks for the link...much appreciated. I shall confirm if this has solved the issue.
PS. Bruce, do I need to purchase Storyline for me laptop in order to use Articulate Mobile Player?
No,
It is a free App that you can download to iPad - it just lets you play content and save to a Library.

Ok, but looking at your description above, I need storyline to be able to publish to my iPad?
This is true - but in my defence I was answering the question:
"...PS. Bruce, do I need to purchase Storyline for me laptop in order to use Articulate Mobile Player?..."
