Articulate Ribbon

My ribbon was working until I had someone update my Windows Security along with adding to Spyware on my system, now my ribbon is not accessible or functioning at all. Could it be an update that I am missing or Windows Security mess up the something within Powerpoint to make it stop functioning? I have disabled and enabled the ribbon. When I click on Audio, sync or record, add annotations, this is the error that I receive. None of the other functions respond with a message. What can I do???

Few questions:
1. Was it a legit Windows Security update? There are a few dastardly companies that disguise themselves as Windows updates and do serious damage.
2. Is this the only error that you are experiencing overall or is this the only powerpoint error?
3. Have you tried uninstalling your Articulate, running your virus scan and then re-installing?
These are not necessarily the ANSWERS per se but it would help get a better understanding of what is going on overall.
I have ribbons on 2 different machines, and no matter how i adjust the customize ribbon screen some do appear as tabs and some don't? Gotta figure.
