Can anyone help me find out how to access 'Articulate's Rapid E-Learning PowerPoint® Template Kit'?

Looks like something a novice like me could find very useful.

Hi Juliette - That Template Kit is several years old now and no longer available. Zara's link to the downloads is the best place to find the same kind of info plus a whole lot more.

Is there something specific you were looking for in terms of layout or structure? We have many templates that will help you design your courses. Please let us know what you're looking for!

I have located  and purchased the 'Articulate's Rapid E-Learning PowerPoint® Template Kit'.   David was right  is it OLD however hopefully I will find some of the templates useful:(

Although I know they are old, long ago I purchased the Rapid E-learning Powerpoint Template Kit and would like to have a look at some of the templates.

When I look under c:/programs/articulate/templates, I am unable to open the templates. They are .xml documents.

The Getting Started Guide refers to opening rapid_course_template.pot but when I did a search, that file was not found.

Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.

Dina . . . here's how I open my templates in PPT 2003:

  1. Open PowerPoint.
  2. Click File>New
  3. Click the 'On my computer' option in the New Presentation pane.
  4. Move to the Articulate tab on the New Presentations window.
  5. Locate and click on the Rapid E-Learning Course Template.pot file.  Then click the OK button.
  6. The file should launch in PPT.

Hope that helps.
