Where can I find a comparison of Articulate Studio '13 and Storyline? I need to know how compatible the two applications are with each other, and what the differences between them are.
Very briefly,Studio is a set of predefined interactions (Engage) and powerful quizzes (Quizmaker) where much of the custom e-learning work can be made in PowerPoint (Presenter).
Storyline on the othe hand extends the functionality by offering the "goodness" of Quizmaker and a blank canvas upon which you can design your courses.
This is a very VERY superficial description of these two applications.
They don't really interact with each other, but you can import interactions from Studio to Storyline via WebObjects.

Hi Becky and a warm welcome to Heroes.
Studio and Storyline are similar in style but very different in functionality and features.
Here's a quick rundown :https://www.articulate.com/products/storyline-studio.php
