Hi Altan. I've checked in with my support team and we don't have any reported issues or downtime for Tempshare. Have you tried uploading from a different browser? We just tested uploading from Chrome and had no issues.
Yes I've used chrome and explorer, I have the same issue with both. It is an issue with larger files, the one I'm having problems with is 188 mb. I dont have a problem publishing smaller files to the server
Hi again. I'm assuming that's 188 mb compressed? If so, the problem might be that Tempshare times out before it can extract the files from the zip. This would explain why smaller projects are working just fine for you.
One workaround you might try is disabling the publish to HTML5 option. This should result in fewer files in the output, reducing the file size a bit.
The zip file that I'm trying to publish is 40 mb, but the unzipped file is actually 188mb. Not sure what compression means is that the same as the zipping process ?
The smaller files I could publish were 4mb for the zip and 16mb for the unzipped file
Yes, compression in this context refers to the size of the files after they've been zipped. The larger the size, the longer it takes for Tempshare to extract them.
Still having difficulties with this, if I do as you suggest and disable to publish to HTML5, what impact does that have when I'm ready to upload to the LMS ? Will I still be able to publish to the web where I intend this work to go ?
Hi Altan. Thanks for hanging in there! I'm curious: is your published output for web or for LMS? Tempshare won't work with the LMS publishing option so that might be something to check.
If that's not the source of your issue, I'd suggest submitting a support case here so our team can take a closer look.

I've removed HTML5 and it still gets stuck at 99% publishing.
Any other suggestions?
