Articulate Video Encoder

Here at our facility we've made a change from XP OS to Windows 7 OS and it has been quite some time since I have utilized Articulate Video Encoder inserting a  flash video into a presentation.  I have received the below error message and have discoveered no way to resolved.

Any help with the publishing  this trraining would be greatly appreciated.
