I've been asked by an SME whether we have the capability to create a bank of randomised questions - all of which will be free text answers and will need to be reviewed by a technical SME after the learner has finished (so no feedback at the time of assessment) and I wondered if this is something I can build using the Articulate suite of Products?
Judy's suggestion of using Survey Short Answer or Essay slides is a great one. As she mentioned, though, it does depend on if your quiz question response is captured by your LMS and easy to share with your technical SMEs.
One thing to note: it does seem some LMSs have default character limits for the short form/essay response data they capture (see this thread to learn more). So be sure to test this solution in your LMS to ensure it will capture a longer full response rather than just the beginning of it. If it doesn't, our community has shared two solutions that can help:
See if you can change the character limit in your LMS's settings.
Try publishing your course using a different standard (make sure what you switch to is also compatible with your LMS).

That can be done with Survey Short Answer or Essay slides. To have the answers sent to the LMS, you'll also need to insert a Survey Results slide.
How you pull the report will depend on your LMS, so it's best to consult with your LMS admins about that.
