I have a 2 hour recorded Webex session that I need to convert all the audio to text so I can build a script for a Storyline demo. Does anyone know of a program that will convert audio to text?
I haven't personally used the tools, but people who have seem to really like Dragon Naturally Speaking, MacSpeech, Diction Pro, and Google Voice. I guess the latter is free.
Nuance seems to be one of the leading companies for this.
If accuracy is really important, you might consider using a transcription service. I've done that a few times, and it's worked out great. (They're about $1.25-$1.50/minute of audio, so of course it depends on your budget.)
Absolutely agree with Sheila. Have been using many software for years but recently tried a manual service and am amazed with the accuracy levels. There are many providers and can be easily found through Google.
I also agree with Tanvi and Sheila about outsourcing for quality outputs. Though, it's a bit expensive if you'll need to process in bulk. Try this one, I think https://www.speechtotextservice.com/ also uses outsourcing that's why they deliver quality outputs when it comes to accuracy.

Good day to all of you and glad to seeing you all once again. I just want to inform and share to all of you that I've recently found a new and innovative Audio and Video transcription service which also provides subtitling and captioning service. They can also do transcription of different languages. The price is cheaper by half the price with what I was using previously as I've mentioned above and the turnaround time is much faster!
Check them out guys at http://owltranscription.com/. They've just recently launched and their clients are increasing enormously and giving positive feedbacks. If you're still in need of transcription, I highly recommend you try this.

I would check out odesk.com. I've hired a couple of transcriptionists that charge less than 30$ for an hour of audio.
