Hello...I am looking to create a product knowledge program that is used to validate learner knowledge of products / services we offer. The thought is a certification or badge achievement per area of expertise. I cant seem to find a lot or if this can be done. Any idea's, suggestions or instructions available? Thanks in advance.
Do you just want learners to earn badges as they move through a course? Or are there multiple courses? What do you want them to do with badges (if anything)?
Thanks for Asking Allison...the course would be a product knowledge assessment for our sales group. For each job role they would need to collect certain badges/certifications to confirm they understand that product. Each product would be an individual badge. No formal outcome for the badges other than it will be a job requirement.
It sounds like this would be better handled by your LMS. A number of LMSs have badging and other gamification features. You need an online record that links to each employee--that's a function of the LMS, not the development software.
