I've been tasked to create branching activity that that captures the learners ability to demonstrate attention to detail, empathy, and general customer service skills.
I cut my teeth on PPT so I storyboard and script there. Each response will be assigned a point value for desired behaviors (attention to detail, empathy, and service). Probably use SL. Open to all "lesssons" learned.
It's also nice seeing examples. These examples were created in Rise 360, but hopefully, they might spark some content ideas whether you use Rise 360 or Storyline 360.

You can download this Storyline 360 Branched Scenario template. It includes a point system similar to what you mentioned.
