Branching Story that gathers freeform text

Hi,

I am trying to develop an elearning scenario where each slide asks a question, with a drop down list of choices, when the learner makes a choice, text describing the selected choice will appear. 

The learner should select one of the drop down options and type free form text in a separate text box.  At the end of the 8 questions, I would like a printable/pdf summary of:

• the options the learner has chosen for each question,
• the text related to that choice and
• the free form text they have typed

Is this possible in Storyline 2?  Are there examples I could work from (I have trawled the discussion boards for a while now).  Essentially, it seems like I would like the learner to be able to print the 8 slides, with the captured choices and freeform text.
