Business Reference Needed- Large Scale Rollout

Hello all,

My organization is evaluating the Storyline product and has begun to author courseware on a small scale with positive results thus far.   Before expanding usage into other areas of the business I am interested in speaking with individuls who are/were part of the application rollout(ideally on a larger scale say 25+ users/multi-department/large curriculum/portfolio).  Things of interest to me are:

1. How did you roll out the tool to users?
2. What was adoption like?
3. Do you have collaborative teams working on the same curriculum/project? How's that work out?
4. How do you manage your courseware files or  'stuff' during development?  What about version control?
5. Any 'gotchas'?
6. if you could do it over why? and what would you change?
