Does anyone have a royalty free picture of a manager/professional juggling multiple tasks that I can use for a presentation? It's for a medical related presentation and I am not finding anything yet.
BTW, "royalty free" does not mean it's free to use. It means that once you purchased an image, or the right to use it, you don't have to pay royalties for each use. That's the way stock photos used to work ... the price was based on how the image was used, and how many impressions were needed.

Have you tried freepik? There are a lot of multitasking vectors, free and paid. When you use the free version, it asks you to credit the author.
