Is it possible for an end user to convert a posted articulate presenter back to PPT? I had a report from a trainer that a customer had taken one of our posted modules and created a PPT presentation with it. I am guessing the customer did screen grabs fo the presentation to create her PPT, , but need to confirm for my manager that actually "downloading" a presenation as PPT slides is not possible.
You can confirm to your manager that a user can not reverse-engineer a Presenter course into a PowerPoint presentation. So in the case of the customer you mentioned, the user probably did in fact do screen grabs, as you suggest.
