I can put the actual SWF on a slide. That may work in the interim until, or unless I find a way to pull the Captivate slides into Storyline as editable. This may work in the scenario I'm on.
Yes, you may be able to use the actual Captivate .swf as well. There is no way though to somehow import the editable Captivate .cptx file into Storyline.
ON a STORY slide, insert Flash. It puts the entire SWF on the slide. THEN, I believe it will still retain the interactivity. I still have some testing to do but here's hopin'!!
Yes, as I had mentioned you can simply import the Captivate .swf file into SL. The Captivate file's interactivity stays intact. See a quick example here. The (potential) issue is that this will not work in HTML5.
In the past, I inserted Captivate. swf files into SL and it worked well. I am now being told that Adobe will no longer support Flash so I need to figure out another way to bring in the Captivate files into the Storyline module. Does anyone have any other suggestions on how I can do this?

You can display published Captivate content inside a Storyline webobject.
Thank you Michael.
I think I found it.

I only have 3 short videos in Cap7 so for me to re-create them in SL will be a good practice for me.
Now I just need to figure out how to get the SL to publish into my company LMS. I just keep at it until I beat it. I haven't been beat yet!

Here is some info on how to publish for LMS.

You can publish your Captivate content as HTML5 and then link a Storyline Webobject to that content.
