Yes, it is possible. You can use the "drop correct" state to change the object's new state once it is dragged to correct location (or 'drop incorrect' accordingly). This can be used if you are using a Free form - drag and drop type slide.

Alternatively, you can design the object's state and write your own trigger to change the status when it is dragged on to a specific location.
