Does anyone have any ideas about creating something that would exemplify on living company values? What "accountability" or "respect" or "recognition" or "integrity" looks like in day to day activities?
Have you thought about creating realistic scenarios for each company value and asking the learner to navigate them?
For example for accountability, you could do something like this:
You were supposed to submit a dossier last Friday, but they forgot. When they get to work on Monday, they see it on their desk and remember. What do you do?
Submit the dossier and hope no one notices
Submit the dossier and notify your manager that it's late
The options in this example are maybe a little too obvious, but you get the idea! To come up with realistic scenarios and choices, try thinking of things that have actually happened or talking to others about situations they've run into.
