Summary of Work:
•Convert ten existing one-hour instructor-led presentations on cancer care navigation into ten asynchronous e-learning modules that meet Chapman Level 1-2 interactivity using Articulate Storyline 2.
•Work with source material supplied by in-house team and SMEs (scripts, storyboards, presentations and templates) to develop interactive courses that effectively convey key information and achieve learning objectives. Preliminary instructional design and branded templates will be provided.
--- Must be able to edit SME content to optimize user experience in an on online environment, and conduct basic research to supplement SME content by identifying additional evidence-based and credible resources.
•Use case-studies provided by SME to develop 1-3 tier branching decision scenarios. Consult with SME to “fine tune” case flow and branching options.
•Consult with in-house team as needed to improve overall quality and effectiveness of the modules
•Ensure content accuracy, module functionality, and alignment with learning outcomes
Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s Degree or advanced certification in instructional design or instructional technology is preferred.
