1. Go to slide where button is. Set the initial state of the button to inactive.
2. Create true false variable. You can name it anything but I'll name it "activebutton1." Set initial/default state of variable to false.
3. Place a trigger on last slide of group you want people to view. Trigger should be to adjust variable (active button1) to true when timeline starts.
4. Go back to slide with button1 on it. Create trigger to adjust state of button 1 when timeline starts to active when variable (activebutton1) is of a value of true.
Give it a whirl. And post the section here. If it doesn't work, I'll tweak it for you. It's fairly simple, but looks hard in print. --Daniel

Hi, Crystal:
Here's what most of us would do:
--Daniel
This is perfect! Thank you so much Daniel, this is exactly what I need.
Glad to hear it. Seems kinda complicated the first few times you do it, but
then makes sense. Just let me know if something goes wonky. --Daniel

Hi Ms. Crystal,
I tried to edit your raw file but it seems your using S3 :)
Tip: Just make sure that the triggers that "changes state or adjust variables" are at the top.
Anyways, attached here is a rough demo to help you :)
Thank you so much Jason. This was a big help.
