I've renamed my templates so that they list by type. I decided that it made sense for me to have: Characters, Games, Interactions, Layouts, and Scenarios. So for a template titled "Business Circles" I've renamed it as: Layout.BusinessCircles. It's one more step but has really paid off for me.

You'll need to combine your .storytemplate files into a single .story file and use scenes for each category.
I'll record a screencast for you today to show tips for managing all your single-slide .storytemplate files.
