Developing a quiz.

Aug 24, 2014

Hi there!

I'm really new to e-learning and storyline but am having lots of fun so far learning how to use it and watching the excellent tutorial videos.

I have a question, which I can't seem to find a tutorial for, but this could be because I'm looking for the wrong tutorial or not sure what the type of quiz would be called? (not sure if that makes any sense?)

I would like to create a multiple choice quiz which takes aspects of an old feedback form where people can answer a statement on how assertive they are with a number of 1 - 5 (1 being never, 5 being always)

the question would look something like this ...

I ask others to do things without feeling guilty or anxious - (enter score)

I would then like to total up the score and let them know the results at the end (ie if you scored between 10 and 30 you are ....)

I'm almost certain this is something that I can do in storyline, but am completely unsure where to start?

If anyone has any ideas then please let me know.

Thanks in advance!

Angelina

Hi Angela,

It also sounds like you might be talking about a magazine style quiz.. Here is a screenr that was shared on the topic that I found very helpful https://player.vimeo.com/video/149068722

It allows you to display different feedback based on the total score you have for the quiz. There was an entire thread on this topic, but I can't seem to locate it right now.
