Hi Christian. You can definitely create a pop-up window with Storyline 360. In fact, there are several ways to do it.
One straight-forward approach is to use a lightbox. In short, a lightbox allows you to link information from one part of your course to the learner's current place in your course. This is great for information you want available globally. I wrote a comprehensive article about how to use lightboxes here.
Another easy solution is to use a slide layer. I've created a quick Peek video to demo how this might work for your example of hyperlinked text and a definition pop-up.
Hope this is helpful and gets you pointed in the right direction. Let us know if we can offer any more tips or ideas!
Thanks for posting your question here in the community. Yes, you can indeed create pop-ups with Storyline 360. Probably the best way to do this would be using layers. Here's a helpful article about working with layers:
On latest articulate 360 version, we are facing issue in print command. If we are are giving any print command, content is not getting displayed for printing. It comes as blank window without any content to print.

Hi,
On latest articulate 360 version, we are facing issue in print command. If we are are giving any print command, content is not getting displayed for printing. It comes as blank window without any content to print.
Is there any workaround for this.
Thanks
Rakesh
