ELC help--adjusting sliders based on movement of another sliders?

What is the best form of variables to use to have the other two sliders +/- depending on the movement of the third slider? I know it is possible, but which variables to use has me a bit stumped.

It depends on what you are doing with your sliders and what you want them to do! Can you give a bit more detail?
