I have been embedding youtube videos via the web object in storyline 2 for a while now and just yesterday some recommended (inappropriate) video thumbnails show up at the end of the video. I have them disabled on the the private youtube page and have the added code to the string (?rel=0"), but it still keeps on showing them. Any ideas?
In that case, short of downloading it and inserting it as a video object (you'd also probably need permission), there's not a great deal more you can do as far as I know.
That strange part about this is, I created/own the video and uploaded it to youtube so I could host it allowing it to load quicker on the slide than putting it directly on the slide. The users aren't very patient about waiting for the video to buffer.
It says to not only use ?rel=0 at the end of the code but also this &rel=0 at the end of the embed code, so it looks like this "?rel=0&rel=0" and for some reason it works.

Hi Kenneth,
I've not tried it, but apparently you can disable them...
- Go to the video in Youtube
- Click 'Share'
- Click 'Embed'
- Click 'Show more' just below the code box
- Un-tick the 'Show suggested videos when the video finishes' box.
Hope that helps!
Luke
I did try that too but it didn't work.
Ah that's a shame.

I have been scowering the internet looking for an answer and came upon this site. http://forum.musethemes.com/threads/youtube-related-videos.1397/

Oh right, that's good to know! Glad you've got it sorted
