Hi Pooja. Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! I'm not clear on what you mean by an "event trigger of an evaluation assignment notification." Could you provide some more detail? Are you trying to trigger a post-course evaluation to appear at the end of your course?
Thanks for clarifying your needs, Pooja. While Storyline doesn't have a "post-course evaluation" feature per se, you can create a link to a one or two slide survey created in Storyline. This discussion thread has more explanation on how that works and some examples that might help you out. My fellow Community Manager, Nicole Legault, also wrote this very detailed article with suggestions for ways to doing a post-course evaluation.
One approach I've used is to create a slide at the end of the course with one question: "Would you recommend this course to your peers?" with Yes or No as the two answer options (or thumbs up or down). If they clicked on Yes, I simply thanked them. But if they clicked No, I asked them to complete the survey to elaborate on ways we could improve the course. I created my surveys using Google, but I know of others who use Survey Monkey to capture responses.
