As Allison said, there are many ways to build such an interaction. If you look at the trigger associated with each card, that should provide a clue about where the content is. For example, does the trigger change the object's State? Show a layer?

My best guess without seeing the file: the card uses different states for the front and back. To check for this, simply go to the States area. That will show all of the existing States and allow you to edit and/or create them.

It is easy to miss this content when first looking at a slide, because the default view shows the Timeline. States are very handy for interactions, so it'll be worth your while to get to know them.  :-)
