I'm new to this community and the field as well. I've been trying to get around few jobs but don't quite answer on the follow-up questions to be asked to the client before you begin the development. Now, if you are aware of the audience and purpose of the e-Learning content, what else should you query? What follow-up questions would come in your mind? Also, if it is not clear who the audience is, what follow-up questions would you have apart from audience?
