I installed "Myriad pro" font family in my machine. Photoshop shows more number of options of font styles whereas storyline shows lesser fonts style options. Please suggest list of font families should be used to be supported by Photoshop and storyline equally?
Hi Sahil. Generally speaking, unless that particular font (and its variants) are available within WordPad, Notepad, Office, and so on, I would not expect to have access to them within Storyline. This reference article from Microsoft may help clarify this point.
Font weights in some TrueType fonts can be tricky. Myriad is one of those with LOTS of weights that are intended for designers that like lots of choices in their art tools.
Unfortunately, Windows applications don't always recognize all of the weights. That's what you're seeing here.
You might try some Open Type sets in the Google Collection. Open Sans installs and is the default font for Storyline 2. The weights match up between PhotoShop and Storyline (with a combination of B / I formatting and font selection.
