For people with slow connections...

Hello there, one of my clients is producing Articulate content to be viewed across the continent of Africa where internet infrastructure is far below what we're used to in the US, and it is common for people to really have issues with viewing even 20 mb files.

My question is relating to the gray buffer bar that appears when you launch an Articulate course from an online source:  Is there a way to have a message displayed there that advises that people with slow connections may have to be patient and just wait a few mins etc?

I know that a message like this could be placed near the launch button of the course etc but just wondering if we might also have a message for when the content is buffering.
