Is there a way to change how Articulate preloads? I'm having issues with users on slow connections having lagging audio and video when taking a course. I'd much rather have them wait for it to load than be stopped every slide and have the audio off track.
Articulate Storyline preloads published content in a specific order to make playback of your courses as smooth as possible. See this article for details.
That being said, you would be looking for community response here as we would not support the modification of this.
