Are you looking to pause all audio files in the Storyline file? I believe you'll only be able to pause the audio on a particular slide or layer, not across the entire course.
Hi I've tweaked an existing storyline 2 example... to toggle... which it does. HOWEVER... anyone know how I can switch the state of the button when the audio is on?? And back to normal when it's off. For visual feedback... I've tried 3 different ways but it will not change the state of the image/button. Any ideas anyone??? I've attached my file if anyone can help me?
Hi Mr. Brown! Have you seen this tutorial for creating a toggle button that plays and pauses audio? The tutorial shows Storyline 1, but the same technique can be used in Storyline 2. I hope that's helpful!
Thank you. 2 years later, this helped me with something similar I was trying to figure out. Thanks for introducing me to the "= NOT assignment" option.

Here is an example of a button to pause/play audio, all on one layer. Hope that's what you want.
Thanks Michael for sharing that here!
Is there a way to target all audio files and not just the one on that layer?

As a toggle this is ok and working... I'm just trying to give visual feedback
