Hi I've been looking online for some inspiration for a leadership modules with games to reinforce learning. Something more than basic multiple choice and true/false questions.
I have used Joni Farthing's Business Mazes as a model to develop leadership/management/communication etc branching scenario sessions. Here is an example of her content that someone has used to develop simple web-based scenarios:
It depends on what sort of content you're going to be covering...but recently we did some leadership and management modules with interactive dialogues (branching scenario) and accumulative scenarios/activities i.e no single one of your decisions was wrong but the cumulative effect of your leadership style caused damage to a particular project team.
Unfortunately I can't actually share the examples with you.
So glad to hear that my Mazes books are still being used! I wrote them over 30 years ago! Less happy that 'someone' has nicked the text and put it online though. It would be nice at least for them to have let me know - after all I'm on LinkedIn, even if they had no intention of sharing any income it made them. The books are under personal copyright not CC. Still, good to hear they are still of use.
