Having a result slide with score of each questions

I don't quite understand what you are trying to do. For example: "Question 1 : 80%"...80% of what? Are you using Multiple Choice questions and score by Choice?

In fact i'd love to have a summary result score slide that show the final score and the detail with the  score of each questions.

You could use numeric variables to collect the individual scores and display them on the summary slide. See attached a quick example.

1. Create a numeric variable for each question

2. On the Correct layer in each question, add a trigger to set the related variable to xx 

3. On the summary screen, add a textbox with references to the variables.
