How to insert a quiz without showing the test result page.

I saw another good example of E-learning product from David Becker's home page.

As David did, I tried to insert one or two multiple response quiz to pretest users' awareness in my presentation. But I do not need to snow their test result since it is not a formal quiz. What is the option for doing it? Is it in the player template? I cannot find it, somehow.
