How to Launch SCORM Content in my web application

I am new to SCORM and LMS System. I want to launch multiple SCORM contents in my web application. I have gone through several tutorials. But still have doubt in how to find the SCORM API and how to load content from imsmanifest.xml. If anyone can help me, it would be great.
