Downloading web content on a tablet : "cannot access content" error message

Hello,

I have a problem with downloading Storyline content on my tablet.

The error message says "Articulate mobile player cannot access this content". 

This is what I did :

I have published my storyline content for web and marked the box "to use articulate mobile player" making sure my web server doesn't require learners to login to view content. But when I click on the link to launch the storyline content, the Articulate mobile player application opens but displays an error message.

Has anybody got any idea what happens?

Hello Sylvaine,

Sounds like you've done some investigation because we typically do see this error when the user is required to login.

We have some documentation here on that. 

You could upload the content to Tempshare if you'd like to compare the server behavior or you can reach out to our team here to take a look since it sounds like you've already done some troubleshooting.
