How to place decorative text on a slide

I have a tiny problem with decorative text in my course. I use a pin board with notes pined on it. On the pin board itself there is some decorative text which is partly covered by the notes. First I used "lorem ipsum" as text but testers complained that they can't understand it. So I changed it to an english text. Now they complained again that the font is too small and the text is partly covered by the notes. But the text is only for decoration not for reading!
How can I make it clear that the text is only an decorative element?
Thank you for any suggestion.
I know that this is not the biggest problem on earth.

Hi Norbert,
Maybe replace the text with little squiggles, so it's obvious it's just an illustration? Just an idea!
