The content library has some new illustration images that are great! When I load them into a slide they are perfect, no white background and they blend seamlessly into the design.
The problem is, when I load my own images, they have the white background that does not look right. What are my options on fixing this issue so the images don't have this white background?
Hi! In order for an image to have a transparent background it needs to be in .png format. If you're using a .jpeg format the background will be white by default unless another color is present. If you want a transparent background you'll need to put your photo into a photo editor (like Photoshop, for example), crop out the background, and save as a .png.

Hope that helps! :)
If you don't have Photoshop or similiar, head over to www.pixlr.com, its a free picture editing site. Remove the background and save as a .png
You can also use the remove background feature in powerpoint. This can take some fiddling with to get right though
Great, thanks for the help everyone!
