We are in the process of launching our new online learning programme. I have noticed that the end users who are testing the courses are struggling and almost frustrated with viewing the online content in a player rather than the content filling the screen as with PowerPoint which is what they are used to.
Has anyone else encountered this situation or have advice on how to address it?
