importing a PPT File that has macros

I am trying to create an either a storyline - articulate or captivate elearning module from these files that were created in PPT that have macro interactivity. I cannot get it to port into either application and maintain the interactivity areas. I have to rebuild these hotspots. I want to place on our LMS and I dont want it to be in the PPT format but as a true elearning module. Is there a simpler way?

Hi Michelle and welcome to the E-learning Heroes community! It would be super easy to set that up in Storyline using a visited object state which would reveal the answer when a learner clicked each box.
Just create the yellow question mark box then add a visited state that shows the answer. Storyline will automatically change the the visited state when it is clicked.
