I am embedding several video clips in Storyline, and it seems that when I insert the clip it adds second to the timeline, so now my clips don't sync up properly. This shows up as a choppy jump or a long dead space. Is there a setting I need to change?
Hmm... this isn't something I've ever seen happen. I would suggest you reach out to our support team directly. Make sure to include your file so they can try and reproduce the issue that you're seeing.
