Instructional Design Research Study: Transactional Distance and Virtual High School Learners

Dec 16, 2015

I am working on my dissertation for a Doctorate in Instructional Design through Capella University.  My topic in Instructional Design Strategies to Reduce Transactional Distance in Virtual High School Learners: A Modified Delphi Study.  My research proposal has been approved and the IRB process is complete.  The current target for the research is the second week of January.

This is a Delphi study, which will use three instruments over the period of three week.  Each round takes about 20 minutes to fill in.  Participants will be rating of statements about Instructional Design Strategies, Transactional Distance Theory, and Virtual High School Students.   The expert participants can add statements for rating in the subsequent round of the study.

Attached is the consent form for the research study.  Complete by typing your name and preferred telephone number, preferred email address and return via email address as soon as possible.  This will validate the typed signature and there will be no need for an ink signature.  My reason for calling would be to clarify responses as necessary.
