Instructional Designer (Full Time Position)

MedStar SiTEL is looking for talented and driven instructional designers to join our team.  The instructional designer is a critical leader in our movement to catalyze and support learning that advances health.  The instructional designer will be responsible for designing and developing online and blended learning solutions for a diverse population of learners.  The individual will work closely with a team of other instructional designers, subject matter experts, artists, videographers, digital media specialists, clinical educators, and project managers to create innovative, engaging, and interactive education. 

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and driven individuals who have a proven track record of taking initiative and working collaboratively to accomplish organization-wide goals.  They will also have a deep understanding of the principles of instructional design and adult learning theory, experience with eLearning authoring tools, and a strong background in education.  Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and simply awesome at what they do.   Clinical experience is not required.  For consideration, please send your resume/CV to isdjobs@email.sitel.org.  A cover letter is optional.
