Interactive 360° Virtual Tours - Start Employees off Strong
Feb 09, 2022
Launch Experience:
What if you could improve operational efficiency with focused onboarding, designed to get high-volume workforces confidently performing fast?
What if you could give every new hire the right amount of personalized support to get them up to speed quickly, then keep them engaged by connecting them to the ongoing training, communication, and job aids they need to be successful each shift? All while spending less than you currently do to onboard new hires.
Onboarding at scale is possible with fast guided virtual tours. Tours are an excellent format that quickly acquaints new hires with their new working space.
- Capture 360° images of your office or workspace
- Add interactive elements
- Add video
- Add voice-over
- Deliver engaging visuals
As a Learning Experience Designer, I am eager to see the possibilities of using virtual tours in training.

Looks great and very polished.
Hey Paul...really well done. It's one of the most practical applications that I've seen of the feature. Very tight and pro looking.
Thank you Hianna, wanted to test this new Articulate interactive 360° feature for myself, it is fantastic.
Thank you Tom, you are adding features in Articulate Storyline that Learning Experience Designers like myself cannot resist.
Hi Paul,
Thanks so much for sharing this with the community! I love your use of the 360° image. Also, nice touch capturing and referencing the learner's name!
Thank you Amanda, this is a great feature you released, eager to see its impact on learners.
Ooohhh...I love this design and your use of 360° images! 💙 So clean. Amazing work, Paul! Thanks for sharing it with the community!
Thank you Sarah, the future is bright for sure, with such technologies.
This is so cool! Thanks for sharing it with the community :)
Thank you Allison, more epic-ness coming soon, lol!
Can't wait!
Great example! Thanks for sharing it.
Thank you Samuel, fun making this one.
Great Work! Interested in learning more about the Add voice-over. I've been asked to use more audio in my tutorials.
Looks really nice and I absolutely love the button design. Gives the entire product a very professional and high-quality feel.
I'm curious: Which 360°-camera did you use? I can't spot any obvious stitching marks and the image quality is surprisingly crisp and high resolution.
Thank you Terri, there is a cool add audio option in the ribbon, makes these more engaging for sure. 360 ribbon
Thank you Tim, though I used a pre-captured 360 image, I recommend an Insta360 One X2 camera that gives ability for 5.7K 360 video + single lens shooting, and I hear it has the best editing app too.
Thanks a lot for the reply, good to know!
Wow, didn't know the small consumer 360°-cameras had gotten so good in the last couple of years. Was half expecting it to be an Insta360 Pro 2. I'm currently looking for a camera that can create decent pictures in a clinical environment, and will definitely have a look at the One X2. That is definitely a price range I can get past our accounting (a lot more realistic than the almost 6K for the Pro series). ;-)
This is great! Sounds like Wade from WellSaid Labs that is doing the narration. I am also curious about what camera you used.
100% Tim, that clinical environment seems like a good one to build immersive experiences around, hope you can reach out to me one day and let me know how that panned out.
Thanks Michelle, 100% it is WellSaid Labs, at least I don't have to bug the real voice over dude every time I need a new pick up line$$$, lol! Currently the Insta360 One X2 camera seems to be top ranked.
Will do. :)
Nice work Paul... Great share... Keep up.
Incredible Paul.. Do you know if courses with 360 video incorporated can be exported as an AICC file?
Paul, I was wondering - did you shoot the 360 image of the show room and if so , what kind of camera did you use?
Very, very nice!
